As the agency's Vice President of Medical Professional Liability, Lori Munroe directs the activities of the medical malpractice insurance department and works with over 2,000 physicians, as well as other healthcare providers and facilities across the state of Indiana. Lori came to Agency Associates in January 2002 quickly doubling the number of policyholders and becoming one of the leading medical malpractice insurance agencies in the state.

Lori obtained a bachelors degree in Education from Northern Illinois University and has over 19 years of experience in the medical malpractice insurance industry. After receiving her Property and Casualty license in 1988, Lori worked in marketing management positions for 15 years - first with Medical Assurance and later with Medical Protective - two leading writers of medical malpractice insurance.
